The biggest cash injections internationally ever

As governments ploughing in masses off tax payers money around the world in the last few days, banks have started to reduce the TED spread as a result, one of the biggest drops ever, and the Dow has the largest gain ever, everything is rosy again?

However it has to be considered that today had one of the biggest cash
injections internationally ever, possibly the biggest ever and most of the unequalled funding has been added to national debts around the world.
France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands and Austria together plough $1.8 Trillion into banks today:

The scale of what has been done just goes to show that for decades there would have been a way to feed the world and eliminate starvation. People would do it to save lives, but they’d do it to save banks. Then again it’s quite possible if all the bankers’ bonuses and extortionate pay would have been enough to feed the world.
Bloomberg Dow rises most since the 1930s, and just short of the all time record, yet analysis is only 1% more shares than the three month average number of shares were traded:
