Lehman Brothers leads financials lower at open

Ambac, MBIA vault to top of financials in early action

Energy stocks move up with crude prices

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — Energy stocks tracked higher along with crude prices on
Monday. The Amex Oil Index rose 1% to 1,398. The Amex Natural Gas Index rose 0.8%
