I will not sign any healthcare bill that increases anyone’s taxes, not 1 dime.

You can’t believe anything Obummer says. Pass the stimulus to keep unemployment at 8%.
When the government unintentionally provided incentives with a high tax, wage controlled regime during WWII, employers provided health insurance as “income equivalent” to make up the difference.
There is a fundamental disconnect between services the healthcare consumer uses, and those paying for them. Until that relationship is restored, the market will be distorted.
The plan coming closest to doing that is a Health Savings Account Plan, similar to the one offered by John Mackey of Whole Foods. It’s much cheaper, with very high satisfaction, and a high degree of consumer control. It is not being considered because of the last aspect; the high degree of consumer control.

What Congress and Obama offer is no solution at all, just taxes, bureaucracy and control (by the government).
I will not spend more than 850 billion on healthcare, I will be out of Gitmo by January, I will support the troops in the “real war” in Afghanistan, I will have no lobbiest on the payroll or in the White House, I have saved 1 million jobs.
Obama will sign anything that is passed by the liberals in control, he has no ethics nor does he care about the American people. It is all about him and the share the wealth, punish the ones who are responsible and give it those who reverend Wright say deserve it.
I can only hope that his agenda fails to get support before the next election. The Messiah, Pelosi, Reid, Wrangle, Frank, Dodd, etc. have to be the worse people ever elected to represent the real Americans.
