Fremont Genl: NYSE To Suspend Stk Before Opening Thurs >FMT

Fremont General Corp. (FMT) said its stock will suspend trading on the New York
Stock Exchange prior to the exchange’s opening on Thursday.
The California financial services holding company said its common stock and trust
preferred securities will be eligible to be traded on the Pink Sheets.
On Monday, Fremont General shares closed up 9 cents, or 20%, to 54 cents.
