Fed Warsh: Fed Spends A lot Of Time Thinking About Dollar

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)–Federal Reserve Governor Kevin Warsh Wednesday backed
away from a question about the dollar, but noted that in general it’s an
important issue for central bankers.
“No central banker can be indifferent to the value of its currency,” he said in
response to a question. “I don’t mean to be glib, but we spend a lot of time
thinking about its implications.”
