American Capital Agency Corp. (AGNC) - 12.5 million shares expected Monday via
Citi and Merrill Lynch. Price talk: $20.

Verso Paper Corp. (VRS) - 18.75 million shares expected Monday via Credit Suisse
and Citi. Price talk: $16 to $18.

Secondary or Follow-On Offerings:

American International Group Inc. (AIG) - $7.5 billion of common-stock and
“equity units” that combine contracts to make future stock purchases and junior
debt, expected Monday via Citi and JPMorgan.

Ascent Solar Technologies Inc. (ASTI) - 3.25 million shares expected Thursday via
JPMorgan.

Titan Machinery Inc. (TITN) - 3.5 million shares expected Thursday via
Craig-Hallum and Baird & Co.
