Blast at China coal mine reportedly leaves 14 dead

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — Fourteen miners died in a gas explosion at a coal
mine in northeast China, the Xinhua news agency reported. Local authories were
quoted as saying that two other miners were listed as missing and two were
injured in the Saturday blast at a mine near the city of Huludao in Liaoning
province.
