Before we forget in the mist of all the good news today:

1) Towns, villages, cities and state’s are having big budget problems. Personnel are not being hired and in some cases being fired.

2) Most school districts are getting back from postage, sporting events to salaries.

3) Christmas sales will have to be “off the charts” to save most small businesses. Take a lot at all the vacant store fronts in your area

4) The national debt keeps increasing and if there is ever an interest rate increase in the next five years that will spell trouble.

5) Jobs, forget about it. There is NO top line growth and profits are being made from cutting expenses. Employers have found out how to get more work from each employee. There is no great incentive to start hiring.

6) Forget about housing as we go into the most distressed period of the year.

So all in all, everything is just great!!!
