Ambac Financial To Hold Annual Meeting On June 3 >ABK

Ambac Financial Group Inc. (ABK) said Wednesday that it will hold its 2008 annual
meeting of stockholders on June 3.

Ambac stockholders of record on April 7 will be entitled to vote at the meeting,
the New York bond insurer said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.

The company said further information about the meeting will be contained in a
proxy statement available on or about April 21.
